Q. How Am I Charged for Water Service?
A. It is the policy of TRSUD to read all customer meters every month. Water meters are typically read on or about the 15th of each month and bills are mailed to customers within approximately 5 working days. Payment is due in the TRSUD office by the 10th of the following month. For more information please see terms and conditions.
Q. How Am I Charged for Sanitary Sewer Service?
A. Sewer bills are based on the water usage during the months of December, January, and February. Sewer bills for sewer customers are included on the water bills. For more information please see terms and conditions.
Q. How Do I Obtain New Water Service?
A. Persons wishing to apply for water or sewage service should print and complete the appropriate application and submit it to the TRSUD office. The application can be viewed and printed by clicking on the "water service application" link.
The availability of water service is contingent upon the availability of adequately sized water mains and associated facilities in the area of the potential service. Where adequately sized water mains and associated facilities are available, water service is possible upon payment of appropriate fees.
Where adequately sized water mains and associated facilities are not available, water service may still be possible, but at an additional cost for extending mains to the location of the requested service. Please call the TRSUD office for information regarding the availability of water service.
New customers are especially urged to call the TRSUD office regarding the availability of water service prior to completing the purchase of property.

The availability of sewer service is contingent upon the availability of adequately sized wastewater mains and associated facilities in the area of the potential service. Where adequately sized wastewater mains and associated facilities are available, wastewater service may possible upon payment of appropriate fees. Typically, sewer service is only affordable in areas where sewer service is already available. In other areas, sewer service may be possible, but at considerable expense to the applicant. Please call the TRSUD office for information regarding the availability of sewer service.
